If you are looking for the biggest bingo game in Ireland then you need look no further than the National Stadium in Dublin, Every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday night sees buses from all over Ireland come to Dublin’s south Circular road to play bingo and you can be sure there will be at least 1,000 players every night.
At peak there can be as many as 2,000 players an evening.
The National Stadium was built in 1939 to host boxing and has served Irish boxing as the venue for all international competitions and National Championships for more than 60 years. It also host major music concerts and everyone from Cliff Richard, Status Quo, Sting and the Hothouse Flowers have played the venue.
