County Limerick
County Limerick (Irish: Contae Luimnigh) is one of the traditional counties of Ireland and is located within the province of Munster. It was named after the city of Limerick (Irish: Luimneach).
Limerick is the tenth largest of Ireland’s 32 counties in area and seventh largest in terms of population. It is the fifth largest of Munster’s 6 counties in size and second largest in terms of population.
